Our keep-fit group is a jogging group who meet weekly on Saturday morning in a local park. If you have been struggling with your weight or desiring to keep fit but do not know where to start, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for. You do not need any special preparation, but we will provide tips for a beginner. As you know, regular jogging or brisk walking offers many health benefits.

We check your blood pressure before and after each physical activities for the day.

We will provide water and glucose after all physical activities.

What are few tips you need to know as a beginner?

Be sure the jogging/brisk walking/aerobic exercises are appropriate for you. You may need to check with doctor.

We will advise you start with brisk walking, about 20-30 minutes per session, and allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks to build up to regular running.

Warming up and stretching before and after activities is crucial.

Make sure you have plenty of water before, during and after any activity.
