Becoming a member

Our membership is free and open to all Christians who have accepted the Lordship of Jesus Christ, regardless of denominational background.

What do members do?

The four main events that we currently run are:

  • Biweekly evangelism.
  • Carehome visitation to support the elderly.
  • We volunteer at Gravesham Sanctuary to help people impacted by homelessness in Gravesend.
  • We meet for the monthly night vigil.

NB: You don’t have to be a member to volunteer with us at Carehome

Evangelism

Biweekly Evangelism

In our biweekly evangelism, members meet fortnightly in the town centre and other places of our choice to engage with people in conversation about the Christian faith and Jesus and encourage them to turn their lives to him. We share gospel leaflets and literature and sometimes embark on house-to-house dropping gospel leaflets through their letterbox holes.

Have you ever tried to witness to others about Jesus and felt inadequate, and you do not know where to start? Working with other Christians of like passion can be of great help. We’re glad to inform you that God has raised the King’s Business Club for this purpose.

Therefore, joining this fantastic club will be the right step. Together, we become mutual encouragers to obey the command of the Great Commission-‘..go into all the world..’ Mk.16:15

Night Vigil

Monthly Night Vigil

Our monthly night vigil takes place every last Friday of the month. Nothing is more faith-building, exciting, or powerful than Christians joining hands to pray together. It provides an excellent opportunity to bring all our requests to God, deepen our relationship with God and Jesus, and be refreshed and re-equipped with His power for extraordinary outcomes in what we believe God has envisioned our hearts to do. And, of course, to pray for our nation and communities.
